In this story we learned about being Proactive! The ant was proactive by putting the important things first. The grasshopper on the other hand, was lazy and played instead of getting ready for the winter. In the end, the ant was prepared for the cold winter months. She had a warm place to live and food to eat. This was all because she was proactive and worked hard in the summer months gathering enough food to eat. She knew this was important for her to survive the cold winter time. In the end, the grasshopper needed help to survive since he was not proactive and did not prepare for the cold. The good hearted ant helped the grasshopper by sharing her home and food, and the grasshopper learned a valuable lesson! Make a connection to this story and its lesson. Tell me how you are proactive! It can be related to school or home. Give me details and examples and how this relates to this story! I can't wait to read your posts!
